"I have been with Jack Dale’s State Farm agency for over 20 years. I have auto and homeowners insurance. Last year we bought a new car. I stopped by the office and sat down with Jack to discuss insurance for the new car. Great coverage at a great price. A couple of months ago, a rock hit my window and cracked it. I went into the office and one of his employees told me it was covered. Placed a claim and recommended a repair shop. On my way home, I got a call from the repair shop and scheduled the repair the next day. Quick and easy. This month, someone hit my car on the passenger door. They did not leave a note. I was not sure when or where this happened. I called Jack’s office. They assigned someone to take care of my claim. They recommend a repair shop. The repair shop called that same day and I came in for an estimate. State Farm approved the work. The work was completed in 5 days and looks good as new. My policy had a car rental included. Enterprise was located next door to the repair shop. Enterprise called me before I dropped off the car off and I had a great car waiting for me when I dropped my car off. Everything was so smooth and painless. I was super impressed."
